For example:

-The direction and principles of supporting the film industry have been clarified, and the legal terminology has been harmonized with other laws and regulations. Funding arrangements to support the film industry will be addressed comprehensively.

- Added a new chapter on film reimbursement in line with other countries' standards in order to support the film industry, introduce its history and heritage to the world through cinema, compete at the international level, and develop national cinema.

- The Film Arts Support Fund, which is responsible for coordinating activities related to the film arts support fund and refunds, and providing professional opinions and conclusions, and its functions and composition.

- Introduce e-services in government services and activities in the film industry, and expand regulations on the creation and use of databases.

The Minister of Culture Ch. Nomin said "The draft law has two general contexts. It will support Mongolian artists in making world-class films. There is also the issue of a fund to support filmmaking. This will take the form of grants and loans.

The Film Support Fund operates in two areas. One of the directions is to provide a grant to a film made by Mongolian artists and release it to the world. The other direction is to lend to film productions. "

The working group's proposal was supported by the majority of members present at the conference and referred to the Standing Committee on Education, Culture and Science for final discussion.
